The vineyard is part of the typical landscape of this area of Soria:
Small plots with centuries-old vines cultivated in goblet-pruned style, in calcareous fields, with sandstones and pebbles.

The vines give little quantity but of a very special quality, reflecting their age, their surroundings, the climate and cold environment of this area of Soria, thanks to its altitude of 920 m.
We take care of the vineyard from the principles of ecology and biodynamics with the firm purpose and moral belief of "leaving the land better than we found it" suitable for future use. We think every person who works the land has this responsibility.
